Manager Personnel. Manager agrees that its employees ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. Grow, or in the event either is no longer employed by Manager, similarly qualified employees, shall be involved in all aspects of the Services to be provided by Manager under this Agreement, including, without limitation, operational, accounting, and financial related Services.
