Management Support. 3.1. Work closely with and support the CEO and Deputy CEO to achieve the objectives of the agency: 3.2. Provide input on priorities and context on issues and matters of importance 3.3. Contribute to reports, submissions, statements and plans as required, 3.4. Co-ordinate communication to and from Co-ordinators (Senior managers) 3.5. Provide executive support and secretariat services for Co-ordinators and Tem leaders meetings, including management of all meeting schedules, agendas, minutes and reports including but not limited to maintaining ▇▇▇▇▇▇ boards 3.6.
