Offerors must outline their History/Experience performing internet auctions including length of time in business, etc. Offerors must describe individual staff responsibilities with lines of authority and how staff shall interface with Lead State or other Purchasing Entity staff. Offerors must illustrate the hours dedicated to meet the requirements and items described in the scope of services, including resumes and qualifications of Key Personnel assigned to service the Lead State or other Participating Entities.
