Management Side. This shall comprise up to 3 executive director members from the following: • Chief Executive • Director of Human Resources • Director of Nursing • Director of Planning and Performance • Chief Operating Officer • Director of Strategy And up to 4 senior management representatives including; • Deputy Director of HR and Organisational Development • Assistant Director of Human Resources • Assistant Director of Organisational Development • Assistant Director of Communications
Management Side. The Staff Committee of the University Court shall be entitled to have up to three representatives in attendance at any meeting of the Technical Staff Negotiating Committee. Additional persons can be admitted by agreement between the joint secretaries. Each side shall have the right to withdraw to a separate location for private consultation on the subject under discussion. The Chairman of the Committee who shall not have a casting vote, shall be nominated by each side on an alternative basis.
Management Side. The Staff Committee of the University Court shall be entitled to have up to four representatives in attendance at any meeting of the CSNC. Each side shall be entitled to have in attendance at any meeting one additional representative in an advisory capacity. Additional persons can be admitted by agreement between the joint secretaries. Each side shall have the right to withdraw to a separate location for private consultation on the subject under discussion. The convenership of the committee shall alternate between the sides at a frequency to be agreed by the committee. The Office of the Secretary to the University shall provide administrative support for the committee.

Management Side. The management side will comprise:- Chair - Chief Executive/nominated deputy 1 Human Resources Lead from each locality Manager from each localities to a total of 12 management side seats.
