Common use of Management Practices Clause in Contracts

Management Practices. Oakland's existing rights, privileges, and responsibilities to manage its academic and non-academic operations not specifically delineated by this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. If specific terms of this Agreement conflict with such rights, privileges, and responsibilities, then the specific terms of this Agreement shall be controlling to the extent necessary to resolve such conflict; but this Agreement in all cases shall be interpreted so as not to deprive Oakland of its legal authority to control all final decisions regarding its academic and non-academic programs.
