Amendment to Section 3.04(a) Clause Samples
Amendment to Section 3.04(a). Section 3.04(a) of the Original Employment Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced as follows:
Amendment to Section 3.04(a). Section 3.04(a) is hereby amended by deleting such Section in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
Amendment to Section 3.04(a). Section 3.04(a) is hereby amended by deleting the last sentence thereof.
Amendment to Section 3.04(a). Section 3.04(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the phrase “the interest on which is determined by reference to the Eurodollar Rate” appearing therein.
