Common use of Management Leave Clause in Contracts

Management Leave. A management leave of absence may be granted to an employee accepting a management position with the same Company subject to the written approval of the Company for a period of time not to exceed three (3) years. Seniority will not be interrupted during this period.

Management Leave. A management leave of absence may be granted to an a collective bargaining unit employee accepting a management position with the same Company Employer subject to the written approval of the Company Employer for a period of time not to exceed three (3) years. Seniority will shall not be interrupted lost, but shall not accrue, during this period.
