Common use of Management; Employment Contracts Clause in Contracts

Management; Employment Contracts. The senior management structure of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries shall be as set forth on Schedule 4.11 and the Administrative Agent shall have received copies of, and shall be satisfied with the form and substance of(i) any and all employment contracts with and senior management of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, (ii) any and all shareholders agreement among any of the shareholders of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, and (iii) any stock option plans, phantom stock incentive programs and similar arrangements provided by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries to any Person.
