Managed Applications Clause Samples
The Managed Applications clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for the management, maintenance, and operation of software applications provided under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines which party is responsible for updates, technical support, and ensuring the applications remain functional and secure throughout the contract term. For example, it may specify that the service provider will handle all patches and upgrades, or that the client must notify the provider of any issues encountered. Managed Applications. The Provider fully manage the applications listed here on behalf of Herefordshire Council. Managed Applications. Applications deployed on MANAGED DEVICES via MDM and MAM platforms are considered as managed applications ("MANAGED APPLICATIONS”).
