Making. (a) The Developer is to make Development Contributions in accordance with this Agreement to the reasonable satisfaction of the Council.
(b) Schedule 1 has effect in relation to Development Contributions to be made by the Developer under this Agreement in accordance with its terms. Nothing in Schedule 1 prevents the Developer from electing to make a Development Contribution prior to the time it is required to do so.
Making. The JSC will have no decision-making authority and will act as a forum for sharing information about the activities conducted by the Parties hereunder and as an advisory body, in each case only on the matters described in, and to the extent set forth in, this Agreement.
