Responding to the Contractor’s requests for information that are not prepared in accordance with the Contract Documents or where such information is available to the Contractor from a careful study and comparison of the Contract Documents, field conditions, other Owner-provided information, Contractor-prepared coordination drawings, or prior Project correspondence or documentation;
Responding to telephonic and in-person inquiries from existing shareholders or their representatives requesting information regarding matters such as shareholder account or transaction status, net asset value ("NAV") of Series shares, and Series performance, Series services, plans and options, Series investment policies, Series portfolio holdings, and Series distributions and classification thereof for tax purposes;
Responding to a state of emergency anywhere within the United States declared by the federal or any state government;
Responding to telephonic and in-person inquiries from existing stockholders or their representatives requesting information regarding matters such as stockholder account or transaction status, net asset value ("NAV") of Fund shares, and Fund performance, Fund services, plans and options, Fund investment policies, Fund portfolio holdings, and Fund distributions and classification thereof for tax purposes;
Responding to Shareholder inquiries regarding taxes withheld;
Responding to inquiries from shareholders concerning their investment in shares of the Classes of the Funds.
Responding to a reviewer request for additional materials;
Responding to an emergency where the arrival time is critical to resolution of the incident.
Responding without delay upon receiving notification; and
Responding. Ensuring that action is taken to support and protect assets and identifying cases of bribery and corruption. To help you identify cases of bribery and corruption, behaviour which amounts to corruption includes but is not limited to:
