MAINTENANCE SERVICE CHARGES AND PAYMENT. 2.1 The basis for the pricing of the maintenance services and the pricing standard shall be performed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Tariff Manual of Posts and Telecommunications issued in 1999 by the Ministry of Information Industry. If the above pricing document is superceded by other government documents, then both parties shall use the newly issued government documents as the basis for pricing.
