The Maintenance Reporting clause requires parties to regularly document and communicate the status and completion of maintenance activities related to the subject of the agreement. Typically, this involves submitting periodic reports detailing performed maintenance, identifying any issues encountered, and outlining upcoming scheduled tasks. By establishing clear reporting obligations, this clause ensures transparency, facilitates timely problem resolution, and helps both parties monitor compliance with maintenance requirements.
Maintenance Reporting. The contractor’s employees shall report maintenance requirements (such as broken glass, missing or burnt out light bulbs, inoperative fixtures, etc.) to the Building Manager.
Maintenance Reporting. The Company operates a planned preventative maintenance system designed to ensure the continual maintenance of company equipment and to minimise unscheduled breakdown or defect. Maintenance employees shall assist in this programme by:
(a) Employees shall operate a job number allocation system.
(b) Employees shall maintain the job card and vehicle history system and shall record all work done and ensure that all costs, including labour , shall be correctly recorded to the job card system.
(c) The regular servicing of equipment will not be time based but scheduled according to kilometres, fuel usage or measured hours worked as determined most appropriate for the equipment concerned.
(d) All maintenance employees shall be trained in computer operation sufficient to allow the entry of information and retrieval of history data. In the event that a defect or failure of equipment leads to a ceasing of work, the operator shall notify a supervisor so that alternate work can be assigned. The operator shall not leave the place of work without first obtaining the authorisation of the supervisor. If the defect is such that the equipment can continue to be operated in a safe and effective manner, the operator shall continue to work and shall report the defect to the workshop supervisor.
Maintenance Reporting. We will use our best endeavors to arrange for the following as appropriate: Annual review meetings and such other meetings as required during the year with You. Submission of a Renewal Questionnaire to You to obtain the necessary underwriting information to be returned, within 30 days of receipt. Response to general enquiries as they arise from You within 24 hours. Changeover of relevant Policies in the case of new business acquisitions and arranging for the finalisation of Policies in the event of a business divestment. Claims Status Reports to coincide with meetings as outlined above Establish activity listings in a format suitable to You. Maintenance Reporting. 2.6.1 In relation to each Offtake, the downstream Party shall, no later than the last Day of each month, provide to the upstream Party a report, prepared in accordance with paragraph 2.6.2, in respect of Measurement Equipment Maintenance (if any) carried out in the preceding month.
2.6.2 The report referred to in paragraph 2.6.1 shall specify, in relation to each Offtake at which Measurement Equipment Maintenance was carried out in the relevant month:
