Common use of Maintenance Plans Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Plans. (a) Within Days prior to the issuance of Completion Certificate or Substantial Completion Date, the Concessionaire shall submit to FBR Representative for approval of the Preventive and Scheduled Maintenance Plan and shall update such plans as provided for in this Agreement. (b) The Concessionaire shall at all times throughout the term of this Agreement, at its own cost and expense, keep the Project Facilities and Sites protected in good order, condition and repair. Similarly, the Concessionaire must provide, install and maintain at its own cost and expense, all equipment required for the operation, maintenance and security of the Project Facilities. (c) The Concessionaire shall maintain and submit to FBR an annual fixed asset register and listings of the inventory items maintained, within seven (7) Days of demand by the FBR in writing. Upon expiration of this Agreement, the Concessionaire shall redeliver to the FBR all of the properties listed in the fixed asset register, including any items of equipment which were purchased with insurance proceeds received due (d) The Concessionaire shall facilitate physical examination of Project Assets when desired by FBR. (e) The Concessionaire shall perform the Maintenance Work as identified in the Preventive and Scheduled Maintenance Plan, and, without limiting Concessionaire ‘s other obligations in respect of the performance of the operations and delivery of Services, shall undertake all maintenance work: (i) in accordance with the Project Deliverables; (ii) at the times scheduled for such maintenance work as specified in the Operations & Maintenance Manual; (iii) in accordance with Good Industry Practice; (iv) in a manner that allows the Project Assets to remain operational at all times; and (v) otherwise in accordance with the Preventive & Scheduled Maintenance Plan.
