MAINTENANCE PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES. 22.1. ATN shall maintain all responsibility of a comprehensive maintenance program for all ATN owned vehicles. ATN shall provide all fuel for its compressed natural gas (CNG), liquefied propane gas (LPG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) revenue vehicles assigned for operation under this contract. Should ATN deploy any other fuel types to its fleet, ATN shall be responsible for fuel provision. CONTRACTOR should be aware of fuel usage and other factors and shall exercise restraint and efficiency in all fuel operations and consumption.
