Common use of Maintenance of Site Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Site. (a) Lessor shall maintain the Sites in good repair, ordinary wear, tear and Casualty excepted, and, to the extent applicable as determined by Lessor, in compliance with applicable sections of FAA regulations, and Part 17 of FCC regulations pertaining to lighting, marking, inspection, and maintenance. In cases where such FCC regulations require the painting of Lessee's feedlines, Lessee hereby consents to such painting.

In cases where such FCC regulations require the painting of Lessee's feedlines, Lessee hereby consents to such paintingpainting at Lessor's expense.
