Common use of Maintenance of Fuel Handling Facilities Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Fuel Handling Facilities. Beginning with the Initial Delivery Date and at all times during the Delivery Term, Seller shall maintain and/or cause to be maintained, at its expense, the Fuel Handling Facilities such that the Fuel Handling Facilities are capable of delivering Fuel to, at, and from the Gas Delivery Point to and at each Unit, in quantities and at pressures that enable the Units to generate or produce the Products using the Maximum Contract Capacity in accordance with the terms of this Agreement during each month as applicable (in addition to such other quantities of Fuel as the Fuel Handling Facilities and Gas Interconnection Facilities are required to deliver to the Facility) in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
