MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING CONDITIONS. (A) Without the written consent of the City and except as otherwise specifically provided in this Franchise, Grantee shall not delete, or so limit as to effectively delete, any broad category of Programming identified in Subsection 5.3 carried on Grantee's Cable System as of the Effective Date of this Franchise.
