Common use of Maintenance of class Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of class. compliance with regulations to maintain the relevant Classification (as defined in the Loan Agreement) as the class of the Ship and to comply with and ensure that the Ship at all times complies with the provisions of all laws, regulations and requirements (statutory or otherwise) from time to time applicable to vessels registered under the laws and flag of the relevant Flag State (as defined in the Loan Agreement) or otherwise applicable to the Ship;
