Maintenance Mode. All devices shall be equipped with technology that allows the Vendor to place the device in a maintenance mode and suspend new rentals of the device when the Vendor has received a report or otherwise believes the device is unsafe to operate.
Maintenance Mode. SMDs shall be equipped with technology that allows Operator to place the device in a maintenance mode that remotely suspends new rentals of the device when Operator has received a report or otherwise believes the device is unsafe to operate.
Maintenance Mode. After 16-18 months of intensive care coordination clients will be offered an option of transitioning into maintenance mode. If during a reassessment a client screens as acuity level one they will be offered to transition into maintenance mode. Upon reaching acuity level one; clients will be transferred to the HHR case manager to ensure a “warm transfer” into case management.
