Maintenance Limitations Clause Samples

The Maintenance Limitations clause sets specific boundaries and requirements regarding the upkeep and servicing of equipment, property, or assets covered by an agreement. It typically outlines what types of maintenance are permitted, restricted, or required, and may specify who is responsible for performing such tasks and under what conditions. For example, it might prohibit unauthorized repairs or mandate that only certified professionals conduct certain maintenance activities. The core function of this clause is to protect the integrity and value of the asset by ensuring that maintenance is performed properly and within agreed-upon parameters, thereby reducing the risk of damage or liability.
