Maintenance Data. 3.4.1 Responsibility of Volaris for supply of Maintenance Data Volaris shall provide to LHT the required Maintenance Data no later than on the date specified in the Attachments and ensure that the Maintenance Data reflect the current status of the respective aircraft, Engine or Component. If Volaris does not provide Maintenance Data on time or if such Maintenance Data does not reflect the current status of the respective aircraft, Engine or Component, and provided LHT has complied with its obligations under this Section 3.4.1, LHT may, but is not obliged to take appropriate actions to collect Maintenance Data to be able to start or continue performing the agreed Services.
Maintenance Data. Subject to such additional requirements as may be provided in the Supplementary General Conditions or Specifications, the Contractor shall compile 3 complete and identical binders of operating and maintenance data for the entire Work. The Contractor shall submit record maintenance data to the Designer for approval, shall submit approved maintenance data to the Awarding Authority, and shall instruct and train the User Agency's personnel in proper inspection and maintenance procedures.
Maintenance Data. Maintenance data for all maintenance performed on the SMDs during the reporting period must be reported using the following schema and reported with the following [operator]- maintenance-[date].csv: M1 SMD ID String A unique ID for the SMD. Should be the same ID used in the Trips file. M2 Maintenance Date ISO 8601 (YYYY-MM- DD) Date when the maintenance was conducted. The timestamp (hour/minute) not required. M3 Description String Text description of the maintenance completed.
Maintenance Data. Subject to such additional requirements as may be provided in the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall compile four complete and identical binders of operating and maintenance data for the entire Work, which shall include, at a minimum for all equipment and systems installed, complete operation and maintenance programs, including but not limited to operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals, records of any and all maintenance performed (whether by the Contractor or Subcontractors) between equipment installation and Final Acceptance, all as may be further detailed in the Specifications. The Contractor shall submit record maintenance data to the Designer for approval, shall submit approved maintenance data to the Awarding Authority, and shall instruct and train the User Agency's personnel in proper inspection and maintenance procedures in accordance with the training plan developed and Approved in accordance with the Specifications. If requested by the Awarding Authority, the Contractor shall also submit information on equipment and systems installed as the Work is performed in a format acceptable to the Awarding Authority, which shall be compatible for entry in the Capital Asset Management Information System (CAMIS), as may be further detailed in the Specifications.

Maintenance Data issued by LHT as EASA Part 21/J-approved design organization shall be provided by LHT. If Frontier does not provide Maintenance Data on time or if such Maintenance Data does not reflect the current status of the respective aircraft, Engine or Component, LHT may, but is not obliged to, take appropriate actions to collect Maintenance Data to be able to start or continue performing the agreed Services.

FOR DCAMM USE ONLY Subject to such additional requirements as may be provided in the Contract Documents, the CM shall compile four complete and identical binders of operating and maintenance data for the entire Work. The CM shall submit record maintenance data to the Designer for approval, shall submit approved maintenance data to DCAMM, and shall instruct and train the User Agency's personnel in proper inspection and maintenance procedures.
Maintenance Data. 1 Provide maintenance data for incorporation into maintenance manuals.
Maintenance Data. The manufacturer shall provide recommended maintenance procedures, schedule of maintenance and materials required or recommended for maintenance.
Maintenance Data. The Primary Contractor shall provide data for all products used and all maintenance requirements and manufacturers recommendations for each different ceramic tile installation and include this data in the maintenance manuals along with latest TTMAC Maintenance Guide. Give specific warning of any maintenance practice or materials that may damage or disfigure the finished work. Include WHMIS and MSDS product data sheets for floor sealer products.
