Common use of Maintenance and Repair of Transmission Facilities Clause in Contracts

Maintenance and Repair of Transmission Facilities. Licensee, with the cooperation and assistance of Programmer, shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the Station’s transmission equipment and facilities, including the respective antenna, transmitter and transmission line, and, shall provide for the delivery of electrical power to the Station’s transmitting facilities in order to permit operation of the Station. Licensee shall use commercially reasonable efforts to undertake such repairs as are reasonably necessary to resume operation of the Station with the maximum authorized facilities, as expeditiously as possible following the occurrence of any loss or damage preventing such operation.

Licensee shall use commercially reasonable efforts to undertake such repairs as are reasonably necessary to resume maintain full-time operation of the Station with the its maximum authorized facilities, facilities as expeditiously as reasonably possible following the occurrence of any loss or damage preventing such operation.

Licensee shall use commercially reasonable efforts to undertake such repairs as are reasonably necessary to resume maintain full-time operation of the Station Stations with the their maximum authorized facilities, facilities as expeditiously as reasonably possible following the occurrence of any loss or damage preventing such operation.
