Maintenance and Evidence Clause Samples
The Maintenance and Evidence clause requires parties to keep accurate records and documentation related to their obligations under the agreement. Typically, this means maintaining logs, receipts, or other forms of evidence that demonstrate compliance with contractual duties, such as service performance or payment.
