Maintaining Integrity. 19. I have not offered or received and will not offer or receive, directly or indirectly, any benefit or money or anything of value in order to directly or indirectly affect any decision, act or omission of the Company or an officer of the Company or an employee of the Company or anyone acting on its behalf, or any other entity, with regards to any process of engagement between the LRT Consultant and the Company or regarding an agreement or Services under the Agreement.
