Main Scale Opera Sample Clauses
The 'Main Scale Opera' clause defines the scope and terms related to the production or performance of large-scale operatic works within an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines what qualifies as a main scale opera, such as full-length productions with significant cast, orchestra, and staging requirements, and may specify the obligations of the parties regarding resources, scheduling, or rights. Its core function is to clearly delineate the expectations and responsibilities for major operatic productions, ensuring both parties understand the scale and commitments involved, thereby preventing misunderstandings about the nature of the work to be delivered.
