Common use of Mail Service Interruption Clause in Contracts

Mail Service Interruption. If by reason of any interruption of mail service, actual or threatened, any notice to be given to the Warrant Agent or the Company would reasonably be unlikely to reach its destination in the ordinary course of mail, such notice will be valid and effective only if delivered to an officer of the party to which it is addressed or if sent to such party, at the appropriate address in accordance with section 10.1, by facsimile transmission or other means of prepaid transmitted or recorded communication.
