Common use of Made Clause in Contracts

Made. Any communication or document to be made or delivered by one Person to another pursuant to this Debenture shall be made or delivered to that other Person at the address or facsimile identified with its signature below (or, in the case of any Additional Company, below its signature on the Deed of Accession executed by it) and shall be deemed to have been made or delivered when transmitted and electronically confirmed (in the case of any communications made by facsimile) or (in the case of any communication by letter) when received, if mailed and properly addressed with postage prepaid or if properly addressed and sent by pre-paid courier service; provided that any communication or document to be made or delivered to the Security Trustee shall be effective only if the same is expressly marked for the attention of the department or officer identified with the Security Trustee's signature below (or such other department or officer as the Security Trustee shall from time to time specify for this purpose).
