MACHINIST APPRENTICE. Must have a minimum grade twelve (12) education and have successfully completed the Machinist Pre- Apprentice Program at an approved technical college recognized by ITAC, CAMC and all regulatory authorities. When a Machinist Apprentice attends formal schooling as required by the provincial apprenticeship authority beyond the Pre-Apprentice Program, he/she will continue to be paid at the current hourly rate. Note: Upon Successful completion of the Machinist Apprenticeship to ITAC and CAMC standards Machinist Mechanics will receive the Mechanic 2 rate of pay.

MACHINIST APPRENTICE. Minimum rate will apply on registration, each succeeding period* the next rate will apply, provided the requirements specified in Department of Labour Regulations are met. Tradesmen Class A rate will apply upon notification of successful completion of apprenticeship. In the event that a registered electrician is employed from outside the plant, he would be paid at the probationary rate of 15¢ less than schedule "A" for 60 days. *Period: Is the number of hours required by the Department of Labour for qualification. Trade School training consists of two (2) seven- week daytime courses and one (1) eight-week daytime course, with a Department of Labour allowance. When an apprentice successfully completed either of these courses, the Company will reimburse him for loss of wages while attending same, in the amount of 50% of the difference of the current department of Labour allowance per General Regulations' Apprenticeship and Tradesmen's Qualifications Act, 1964.

  • Flextime For the purpose of this agreement, flextime means the hours worked by an employee, or group of employees, who are given authority by the Employer to: (1) choose their starting and finishing times; and (2) choose their length of workday within a stated maximum number of hours, subject to meeting the required annual hours of work in accordance with this agreement, through a specified averaging period. The full-time employee on flextime who has a day of absence, whether with or without pay, will be deemed to be absent for the agreed upon hours, providing at least the agreed upon hours are required to complete the averaging period. If less than the agreed upon hours are required to complete the averaging period, such number of hours will be deemed to be the hours of absence. The averaging period for employees on flextime will be two pay periods. The workday for those employees on flextime will not exceed 10 hours.‌

  • Platby In consideration for the proper performance of the Study by Institutionin compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, payments shall be made in accordance with the provisions set forth in Attachment A, with the last payment being made after the Site completes all its obligations hereunder, and IQVIA has received all properly completed CRFs and, if IQVIA requests, all other Confidential Information (as defined below. DrugDev will receive Site invoices and process payments unless otherwise agreed. V souvislosti s řádným plněním Studie Poskytovatelem, a to v souladu s podmínkami a ustanoveními této Smlouvy, budou poskytovány platby dle podmínek a ustanovení definovaných v Příloze A, přičemž poslední platba bude uskutečněna poté, co Místo provádění klinického hodnocení splní a dokončí veškeré závazky, jež mu vyplývají z této Smlouvy, a IQVIA obdrží veškeré řádně vyplněné CRF a, bude-li tak IQVIA vyžadovat, veškeré další Důvěrné informace (ve smyslu níže uvedené definice). Nebude-li ujednáno jinak, faktury bude Místo provádění klinického hodnocení zasílat společnosti DrugDev, která je bude proplácet. Veškeré dotazy ohledně faktur Místa provádění klinického hodnocení nebo plateb je třeba směřovat na společnost DrugDev, jejíž kontaktní údaje jsou uvedeny v Příloze A.

  • Fuel The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 per litre (which includes a service component).
