Common use of Lunch Duty Clause in Contracts

Lunch Duty. a. Emergency lunch-duty assignments will be on a rotating basis to those willing to accept this assignment. In the event there are no volunteers, teachers may be assigned on a rotating basis. Teachers who assume emergency lunch responsibilities shall be paid at the rate of $10.00 per hour.
