Lump Sum Payable Clause Samples

Lump Sum Payable. A lump sum payment of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) will be made to employees permanently employed in the Transit Communications Supervisor or Transit Supervisor positions who are employed in those positions on the date of ratification. This lump sum amount is in recognition of the introduction and application of the new Transit Management and Communication system (TMAC) technology and will be paid in the pay period following ratification.
