LUGGAGE ACCEPTED BY INCA RAIL. When leaving the luggage/packages, the User must declare the contents of each baggage. The User declares to know and accept that he/she will not leave in custody baggage which content is prohibited according to the provisions of section 5 of this document. The Custody Service of Inca Rail will only accept up to (indicate the number in digits) (indicate the number in letters) of baggage per User. In addition, each of the User's baggage must comply with the following maximum dimensions (high + width + long). Each baggage must have a lock (or security mechanism) that prevents it to be opened by a person other than the User. It is INCA RAIL's right, at its sole discretion, not to accept a baggage if it verifies that it does not comply with the conditions contained in this document. In addition, INCA RAIL may request the User to open his/her baggage in order to verify compliance with the conditions contained in this document.

  • Traffic Measurement and Billing over Interconnection Trunks 6.1 For billing purposes, each Party shall pass Calling Party Number (CPN) information on at least ninety-five percent (95%) of calls carried over the Interconnection Trunks.

  • DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION, INSIDE DELIVERY, FREIGHT PAID Whenever possible, contractors should give the ordering entities 3 working days prior notice of any deliveries and/or installations. Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery. All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately.   • INSPECTION, ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION a. All Goods will be subject to Mercy Corps' inspection and testing (which may be done by a third party authorized by Mercy Corps), at any time and place, including the period of manufacture/production/creation and before final acceptance. If Mercy Corps inspects or tests at Supplier's premises, Supplier, without additional charge, will provide all reasonable facilities and assistance for the safety and convenience of Mercy Corps' inspectors. No inspection or testing done or not done before final inspection and acceptance will relieve Supplier from responsibility for defects or for other failure to meet the requirements of this Agreement. Notwithstanding any prior inspections or payments made, all Goods will be subject to final inspection and acceptance at the Delivery Location within a reasonable time after delivery (but in no event, less than three days after the date of delivery).

  • National Competitive Bidding Goods estimated to cost less than $250,000 equivalent per contract and works estimated to cost less than $500,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of National Competitive Bidding.

  • CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier Any Local Exchange Carrier other than Frontier that is operating as a Local Exchange Carrier in the territory in which Frontier operates as an ILEC in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Onvoy is or shortly will become a CLEC.

  • BID ACCEPTANCE PERIOD A bid shall constitute an irrevocable offer for a period of ninety (90) days from the bid opening date or until the date of award. In the event that an award is not made by the County within ninety (90) days from the bid opening date, the Bidder may withdraw their bid or provide a written extension of their bid.

  • Dark Fiber Transport Dark Fiber Transport is defined as Dedicated Transport that consists of unactivated optical interoffice transmission facilities without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics. Except as set forth in Section 6.9.1 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to Dark Fiber Transport Entrance Facilities pursuant to this Agreement.

  • International Competitive Bidding Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 2 below, goods and works shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of International Competitive Bidding.

  • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor.   • Cooling Off Period You may terminate this Contract with immediate effect at any time within the period of 14 days after the date this Contract is entered into without incurring any liability to DFMC.
