LPDB. “LPDB” shall mean the Louisiana Public Defender Board, a Louisiana state agency created and established within the Office of Governor to provide for the supervision, administration and delivery of a statewide public defender system. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term “LPDB” also includes the LPDB’s members and staff.
