The "Loyal" clause establishes an obligation for one or both parties to act in good faith and prioritize the interests of the other party or the partnership. Loyal. Customers who did not pay the $64 (+GST) Membership Fee at enrolment must complete the three (3) month autoshipment agreement. It Works! will deduct the $64 (+GST) Membership Fee on any returned order that causes the Loyal Customer’s completed order count to fall below three. If the full amount of the Membership Fee cannot be deducted from the return, the Loyal Customer account will be cancelled and no refund given.
Loyal. Share information about others only if you have their permission to share it. Uphold appropriate agreements you make with friends when you play games with them. Helpful. Alert others to scams, cheats, and suspicious sites. Point them to reliable and accurate sources of information. Encourage people to report bad behavior online.
Loyal. GURU will issue a sufficiently detailed invoice, on a monthly basis to include the services provided related to the maintenance of the connection to the PLATFORM. Notwithstanding the above, both Parties agree that the first invoice for the platform connection will be issued by LOYAL GURU before commencing the service, in accordance with the start-up plan agreed by both Parties, and will be settled in accordance with the form of payment agreed in the previous paragraph.
