Common use of Lower Stream Clause in Contracts

Lower Stream. 1. An employee who has elected to displace in the Lower Stream must displace: 2. a) the most senior employee who has elected to voluntarily terminate if given the opportunity; or b) the least senior employee in an equal job grouping in the Location.

Lower Stream. 1. An employee who has elected to displace in the Lower Stream must displace: 2.: a) the most senior employee who has elected to voluntarily terminate if given the opportunity; or b) the least senior employee in an equal job grouping classification in the Location. 3. An employee who has elected to displace into a lower classification and an employee not placed in the Equal Stream must displace: a) the most senior employee who has elected to voluntarily terminate if given the opportunity; or b) the most junior employee with less seniority in next lower classification in his/her Location.
