Common use of Lot Grading Plan Clause in Contracts

Lot Grading Plan. The Owner further agrees to submit to the satisfaction of the Corporation’s Chief Building Official, Ministry of Transportation (MTO), where applicable and Essex Region Conservation Authority (ERCA) in regulated areas throughout, a lot grading plan designed and executed under the seal of an engineer licenced under the Professional Engineers Act R.S.O. 1990, c. P.28, as amended (“Engineer”) for the subject lands for the Corporation’s consideration prior to the issuance of any building permits or construction permits for the subject lands. The Owner shall ensure that the site drainage shall not affect adjacent properties.
