Common use of Loss Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Loss Reimbursement. Adviser shall reimburse the Account for any loss directly caused by Adviser's negligent actions that cause delay in the accurate daily pricing of the Fund(s), with the understanding that Adviser will not be responsible for the negligent actions of other service providers on the Account, including broker-dealers, nor is Adviser responsible for the daily pricing of the Fund(s).

Loss Reimbursement.
