Common use of Loss of Warrant Clause in Contracts

Loss of Warrant. Upon receipt by the Company of evidence of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, and (in the case of loss, theft or destruction) of indemnity or security reasonably satisfactory to the Company, and upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrant, if mutilated, the Company shall execute and deliver a new Warrant of like tenor and date.

Loss of Warrant. Upon receipt by the Company of evidence satisfactory to it of the loss, theft, or destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, and (in the case of loss, theft or destruction) of indemnity or security reasonably indemnification satisfactory to the Companyit, and or upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrant, if mutilated, the Company shall will execute and deliver a new Warrant of like tenor and datetenor.

Loss of Warrant. Upon receipt by the Company of satisfactory evidence of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, Warrant and either (in the case of loss, theft or destruction) of indemnity or security reasonable indemnification and a bond reasonably satisfactory to the Company, and upon Company if requested by the Company or (in the case of mutilation) the surrender and cancellation of this Warrant, if mutilatedWarrant for cancellation, the Company shall will execute and deliver to the Holder, without charge, a new Warrant warrant of like tenor and datedenomination.

Upon receipt by the Company Companies of evidence of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, and (in the case of loss, theft or destruction) of indemnity or security reasonably satisfactory to each of the CompanyCompanies, and upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrant, if mutilated, the Company Companies shall execute and deliver a new Warrant of like tenor and date.

Any such new Warrant shall have an issuance date, as indicated on the face of such new Warrant, which is the same as the Issue Date.

Loss of Warrant. 7 8 Upon receipt by the Company of evidence of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, and (in the case of loss, theft or destruction) of indemnity or security reasonably satisfactory to the Company, and upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrant, if mutilated, the Company shall execute and deliver a new Warrant of like tenor and date.
