Common use of Loss of Business Income Clause in Contracts

Loss of Business Income. We pay for loss of business income resulting from a covered accident or loss. The maximum we will pay under this coverage is $500 per week for no more than (4) weeks. We will provide coverage for one loss of business income claim per policy period. Loss of Business Income coverage will only apply to a covered loss under Part IV – Damage to Your Car, Comprehensive Coverage or Collision Coverage where the amount of the loss exceeds any applicable deductible. Loss of Business Income coverage will commence seventy-two (72) hours after you inform us of any covered accident or loss. Loss of business income ends at the earliest of:
