Common use of Loop Splitting Clause in Contracts

Loop Splitting. As a part of the pre-order process, CLEC/DLEC may access Loop characteristic information through the Loop Information Tool described in the Support Functions Section. The Customer of record will determine, in its sole discretion and at its risk, whether to add data services to any specific Unbundled Loop.
