Common use of Long-Term Casual Clause in Contracts

Long-Term Casual. A Casual employee who temporarily replaces a Regular Bargaining Unit employee, in a single assignment of greater than sixty (60) consecutive working days up to a maximum period of twelve (12) months, shall be deemed to be a “Long-Term Casual” (LTC) and as such shall be entitled to the following after the completion of the sixty (60) consecutive working days:
