Long Service. 11.8.1 An Employee will be entitled to Long Service Leave in accordance with the Long Service Leave Act 1987 (SA). 11.8.2 The Employee may request, and the Employer may agree, to cash out a portion of accrued Long Service Leave entitlements. If the request is approved, the Employee must hold in reserve an accrual of at least 10 days Long Service Leave.
