Long-Range Planning. No later than six months prior to initial hiring for any Covered Job by an Employer, that Employer shall provide to the First Source Referral System its best available estimate of the approximate number and type of jobs that will need to be filled and the basic qualifications necessary. An Employer whose first enters into a Contract or lease agreement less than six months prior to initial hiring for Covered Jobs shall provide such information within two weeks of entering into the Contract or lease agreement. Each Employer shall, at the time of provision of information under this Section III.B, designate a liaison for issues related to this First Source Hiring Program.
