Long List. The theoretical long-list of options was initially generated by the NHS and Local Authority teams with the support of Hubco and its advisers, and reviewed throughout the process. This long-list was based on the cross-referencing of strategic theoretical service options available with local site / facility considerations. Strategic theoretical option themes included:
Long List. This list includes all employees not currently assigned to a trial, employees whose assigned trial has recessed for longer than two days, and employees who are on leave. Employees who go on leave while on the Long List continue to move up that list as assignments are made. Once an employee on leave reaches the top of the Long List, he or she remains there until his or her return from leave. Assignments will be made first to employees on the Long List. If an employee is assigned to a matter from the Long List and the matter either resolves short of trial or is delayed by more than one trial day, the employee assigned to that matter remains at the top of the Long List. An employee assigned to a court will typically remain with a judge until the completion of the trial. If requested by the judge, the employee will also report separate matters while he or she is assigned to that court. A reporter who has been in trial for a full day may request a relief reporter for a 4:00 pm hearing. If no employees are available from the Long List, an assignment will be made from the Short List.

  • Voting List The Managers shall make, at least ten (10) days before each meeting of Members, a complete list of the Members entitled to vote at such meeting or any adjournment thereof, arranged in alphabetical order, with the address of and the Percentage Interests held by each. For a period of ten (10) days prior to such meeting, such list shall be kept on file at the registered office or principal place of business of the Company and shall be subject to inspection by any Member at any time during usual business hours. Such list shall also be produced and kept open at the time and place of the meeting and shall be subject to the inspection of any Member during the whole time of the meeting. The original membership records shall be prima-facie evidence as to who are the Members entitled to examine such list or transfer records or to vote at any meeting of Members. Failure to comply with the requirements of this paragraph shall not affect the validity of any action taken at the meeting.

  • Waiting List On a first-come, first-served basis governed by the date of receipt of an Application or Letter of Intent, BellSouth will maintain a waiting list of requesting carriers who have either received a Denial of Application or, where it is publicly known that the Premises is out of space, have submitted a Letter of Intent to collocate. BellSouth will notify the telecommunications carriers on the waiting list that can be accommodated by the amount of space that becomes available according to the position of the telecommunications carriers on said waiting list. 6.8.1 In Florida, on a first-come, first-served basis governed by the date of receipt of an Application or Letter of Intent, BellSouth will maintain a waiting list of requesting carriers who have either received a Denial of Application or, where it is publicly known that the Premises is out of space, have submitted a Letter of Intent to collocate. Sixty (60) days prior to space becoming available, if known, BellSouth will notify the Florida PSC and the telecommunications carriers on the waiting list by mail when space becomes available according to the position of telecommunications carrier on said waiting list. If not known sixty (60) days in advance, BellSouth shall notify the Florida PSC and the telecommunications carriers on the waiting list within two days of the determination that space is available. A CLEC that, upon denial of physical collocation, requests virtual collocation shall be automatically placed on the waiting list. 6.8.2 When space becomes available, DSLi must submit an updated, complete, and correct Application to BellSouth within 30 calendar days of such notification. If DSLi has originally requested caged collocation space and cageless collocation space becomes available, DSLi may refuse such space and notify BellSouth in writing within that time that DSLi wants to maintain its place on the waiting list without accepting such space. DSLi may accept an amount of space less than its original request by submitting an Application as set forth above, and upon request, may maintain its position on the waiting list for the remaining space that was initially requested. If DSLi does not submit such an Application or notify BellSouth in writing as described above, BellSouth will offer such space to the next CLEC on the waiting list and remove DSLi from the waiting list. Upon request, BellSouth will advise DSLi as to its position on the list.

  • Directory Listings 15.1.1 CBT, as publisher of its White Pages, will include Primary Listings of CLEC’s resale directory customers in its White Pages, and shall cause its publisher to include primary listings of CLEC’s directory customers in its Publisher’s Yellow Pages Directories under the following terms and conditions: 15.1.1.1 CBT will publish the Primary Listing of CLEC Directory Customers located within the geographic scope of its White Pages directory and will recover costs for both resale and facility based Customers in accordance with the Act.

  • Employee List No later than five (5) Business Days after the Bank Closing Date, the Assuming Institution shall provide the Receiver with a list of all Failed Bank employees the Assuming Institution will not hire. Unless otherwise agreed, the Assuming Institution shall pay all salaries and payroll costs for all Failed Bank employees until the list is provided to the Receiver. The Assuming Institution shall be responsible for all costs and expenses (i.e., salary, benefits, etc.) associated with all other employees not on that list from and after the date of delivery of the list to the Receiver. The Assuming Institution shall offer to the Failed Bank employees it retains employment benefits comparable to those the Assuming Institution, offers its current employees.

  • HOT LIST PRICING At any time during this Contract, Supplier may offer a specific selection of Equipment, Products, or Services at discounts greater than those listed in the Contract. When Supplier determines it will offer Hot List Pricing, it must be submitted electronically to Sourcewell in a line-item format. Equipment, Products, or Services may be added or removed from the Hot List at any time through a Sourcewell Price and Product Change Form as defined in Article 4 below. Hot List program and pricing may also be used to discount and liquidate close-out and discontinued Equipment and Products as long as those close-out and discontinued items are clearly identified as such. Current ordering process and administrative fees apply. Hot List Pricing must be published and made available to all Participating Entities.
