LOGO DESIGN Sample Clauses

The Logo Design clause defines the terms and conditions under which a logo will be created for the client. It typically outlines the scope of the designer’s work, the number of initial concepts and revisions included, and the timeline for delivery. This clause ensures both parties understand what is expected in the logo creation process, helping to prevent misunderstandings about deliverables and responsibilities.
