Custom Reports for GradeQuick. If Customer purchases Custom Reports (“Custom Reports”) for GradeQuick, Customer agrees to the following additional terms and conditions: 1. The Estimated Delivery Date is based on available resources and volume of work already committed. The estimated delivery date is not a guarantee that the Custom Reports will be provided on such date. 2. For up to 10 days after receipt of any draft Custom Report, Customer may provide suggested changes. If Customer fails to provide suggested changes within 10 days of receipt of any draft Custom Report, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will complete the Custom Report, release the Custom Report to Customer and consider the project complete. It is in ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s sole discretion to determine if the suggested changes exceed the scope of the original project. Additional charges may apply if Edline determines that the scope has been exceeded. 3. For up to 15 business days after receipt of any completed Custom Report, Customer may suggest minor modifications to the Custom Report. If Customer fails to suggest minor modifications within 15 business days of receipt of any completed Custom Report, the Custom Report will be deemed complete, and any further changes shall be considered a new Custom Report order. It is in ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s sole discretion to determine if the modifications or changes exceed the scope of the original project. Additional charges may apply if Edline determines that the scope has been exceeded. 4. Though ▇▇▇▇▇▇ attempts to prioritize its work efforts regarding the Custom Reports based on a number of factors, including the date needed, the date requested, and the date the PO was received, Edline is the sole determiner of the priority of work. 5. Should a Custom Report require SiteReporter, Customer acknowledges that Customer will need to concurrently subscribe to SiteReporter at the then current fee in order to use the Custom Report. 6. Customer acknowledges that any clarifications and limitations included with the quote from Edline are incorporated herein.
