Common use of Logistics Clause in Contracts

Logistics. Artist/Performer must provide Barnard with the following information, in writing, at least fourteen (14) business days prior to the Engagement: (1) full technical requirements of the Engagement; (2) scheduled time of arrival (e.g., Artist/Performer, production, etc.); (3) diagram indicating placement of equipment on stage or at venue; and (4) scheduled times for sound checks (if necessary).
