This covers all elements designed to meet the specific needs identified between the National Government and the FARC-EP in terms of fulfilment of all aspects relating to the BDCCH and LA Agreement. Locally, the MVM has a logistics section coordinated by a member of the international component. This tripartite section of the local unit is responsible for defining aspects concerning the logistics necessary for the functioning of the TLZNs; in addition, it is responsible for guaranteeing appropriate and timely arrival of supplies to such zones. Protocols under this heading specify in detail the criteria identified and commitments made concerning each step in the logistical supply process.
