Logistics Management. The Grower irrevocably authorises and directs the Registered Supplier to enter into contracts for Logistics Management in respect of the Grower's crop and acknowledges that ZGL is authorised to work directly with the appointed On Port Logistics Provider in accordance with clause C5.2 of the ZGL Contract. The Grower agrees to pay the Grower's pro rata share of the charges by the Registered Supplier for Logistics Management. The Registered Supplier will ensure that:
