Logistics Management. 4.1 The Grower irrevocably authorises and directs the Registered Supplier to enter into contracts for Logistics Management in respect of the Grower's crop and acknowledges that ZGL is authorised to work directly with the appointed On Port Logistics Provider in accordance with clause C5.2 of the ZGL Contract. 4.2 The Grower agrees to pay the Grower's pro rata share of the charges by the Registered Supplier for Logistics Management. 4.3 The Registered Supplier will ensure that: a. any On Port Logistics Provider develops a ZGL approved Documented Quality System in respect of the logistics services to be provided in accordance with C5.5(a) of the ZGL Contract, and complies with all applicable requirements of that Documented Quality System as well as the ZGL Quality Manual; b. any On Port Logistics Provider takes out and maintains ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s liability insurance in accordance with B6.3 of Schedule 10 of the ZGL Contract ($1million per claim(s) event); c. any On Port Logistics Provider takes up liability insurance for the minimum limits required by clause E1 of Schedule 10 to the ZGL Contract ($1 million for loss or damage to fruit and associated packaging and $5 million for all other claims); d. any contract between the Registered Supplier and a domestic road transport provider will contain the liability provisions required by clause E2 of Schedule 10 to the ZGL Contract.
